Where do I begin? I guess at the beginning! Hello, my name is Nicole D. Bradley. I am the CEO and Head REALTOR® of Blooming Light Real Estate. I have been a licensed Real Estate Professional for 6 years and I am happy to serve clients in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia where I reside. In addition to serving families in the immediate area, I have partners throughout the US and even abroad. Prior to the start of my real estate career, I worked with a local franchise company for 14+ years designing and facilitating Area Developer trainings, and events all over the United States and Canada.

My previous career taught me a lot of things that have contributed to my success in real estate. Recently I transitioned to a new brokerage and I’m excited for all the things that come with this new opportunity. In addition to some great resources, as my client you will be privy to the Nicole Bradley treatment which guarantees excellent client service. I am a tough negotiator that will work tirelessly on your behalf. You will find working with me is like working with your best friend.
